Event Liability Waiver

Assumption of risk

Engine 99 events take place around a real fire truck with sound equipment, moving crowds, elevated surfaces, and amplified music. I understand attendance carries inherent risks — including hearing effects from loud music, slips, trips, falls, and contact with equipment or other attendees — and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Engine 99, its owners, operators, crew, and event hosts from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my attendance, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Rules

I will follow crew instructions, stay clear of restricted areas (cab, roof, equipment bays), and acknowledge the crew may remove anyone behaving unsafely.

Medical

I confirm I have no medical condition that makes attendance unsafe, and I authorize emergency medical treatment if I am unable to consent.
